Expleo’s Supervisory Board announces the appointment of Hervé Garnousset as Expleo’s new Global Head of Digital. In this role, he will oversee the company’s newly formed digital business unit, supporting clients through their digital transformation programmes.

Hervé has a proven track record leading business transformations internally and as a consultant across the transport, technology and public sectors. He brings a strong insight into how digital technologies can be a driver for strategic business shifts.

Biography:

Hervé Garnousset holds a PhD in Electrical Engineering, Robotics & Artificial Intelligence from Université Paul Sabatier. He began his career with management consultancy, Kearney where he led mission-critical projects for the airlines and airport industry in Hong Kong, supporting the transition of airlines and airports to the hub model.

Hervé moved to Sopra Steria in 1996 as Senior Engagement Manager for aerospace and transportation. In 2000, he took up the role of Executive Director where he was responsible for major strategic deals for the French government and global energy and utility companies. At Sopra Steris, Hervé’s projects comprised the implementation of a wide-scale smart metering programme and the consolidation and streamlining of accounts systems for French ministries.

He joined Fujitsu in 2010, as Vice President and Managing Director of France where he spearheaded the technology brand’s resurgence in the region. Most recently he was Senior Managing Partner and Head of Southern Europe Consulting for DXC Technology.
