AIRMATIC announces the release of the AIRGUARD™ Air Prep Cart, a mobile compressed air treatment system by WORKMASTER that delivers clean, dry, and properly lubricated air to pneumatic equipment. Designed for demanding industrial and construction environments, the AIRGUARD protects air-powered tools while improving performance, reliability, and service life.

The AIRGUARD integrates an air dryer with a heavy-duty filter, regulator, and lubricator (FRL) assembly mounted on a rugged, maneuverable cart. Available in 3/4-inch and 1-inch NPT Port configurations, the system supports pneumatic equipment using up to 150 SCFM—suitable for railcar gate openers and railcar vibrators at unloading sites, and portable tools used in road and bridge construction.

Unlike wall-mounted or hand-carried assemblies, the wheeled AIRGUARD rolling cart enables rapid redeployment of conditioned compressed air without interrupting pneumatic operations. The platform maintains consistent filtration, moisture removal, pressure regulation, and lubrication as air demand shifts between work zones. By controlling contamination, pressure drop, and lubrication rates under changing load conditions, the system protects downstream components, reduces maintenance, and supports repeatable tool performance. The cart incorporates a wide wheelbase and large pneumatic tires for stability over uneven terrain. The air circuit includes universal couplings and a safety-vented ball valve with locking handle that relieves downstream pressure before disconnection.
