SINGAPORE — July 22, 2026 — August Tech and Lifted today announced the official launch of the Aeroesport GT League, a global flight-simulation competition designed to discover talented virtual pilots and bring competitive flying to homes, schools and live event stages worldwide.

Powered by August Tech’s proprietary telemetry, performance-analysis and competition-management technology, Aeroesport transforms simulator flights into structured, measurable competitions.

The technology was originally developed for demanding institutional flight-training applications. August Tech has since adapted the platform for the rapidly growing flight-simulation and esports market, creating a more accessible and commercially scalable use for its core technology.

Aeroesport GT League enables participants to complete official flight challenges remotely using a compatible PC flight simulator. August Tech’s flight technology captures and analyses real-time telemetry from every competition attempt, generating performance scores and detailed flight insights. These results power the Aeroesport GT League’s global standings, hosted on Lifted, where participants can track their progress and compete against pilots worldwide. 

The league begins with accessible online qualification rounds before progressing to live competition stages. Leading individual pilots and school squads will earn the opportunity to compete simultaneously across up to 20 simulator rigs at the Aeroesport Global Finals.

Three age divisions will provide suitable competitive pathways for younger participants, teenagers and adults.

Aeroesport GT League is hosted through Lifted, a global aviation and aerospace learning and mentorship marketplace.

Free Qualification Pass

Participants receive three official scored qualification attempts at no cost, ensuring that progression is determined by flying performance.

Practice Pass — US$10

Participants receive three official scored qualification attempts plus two hours of dedicated practice access with telemetry feedback, helping them prepare before completing their official runs.

Inter-School Squad and STEM Class Passes — US$50 to US$250

Designed for schools, tertiary institutions, aviation programmes and simulator laboratories, these packages can include squad trials, competition access and pathways towards live tournament stages.

Aeroesport GT League is being developed as a repeatable international competition format combining online qualifications, school competitions, regional tournaments and major live finals.
