Goyang, South Korea – The Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs (MAFRA) and The Korea Rice Foodstuffs Association (KRFA), led by President Byungchan Park, are proud to present
the 2025 RICE SHOW, Korea’s premier exhibition dedicated to rice-based food innovation. The event will be held from June 10 to 13, 2025, at KINTEX Exhibition Center 1, Hall 2, Goyang, South Korea.

Running in conjunction with SEOUL FOOD 2025, one of Asia’s largest food trade shows, the RICE SHOW aims to expand the global reach of Korean rice-processed foods under the theme “K-RICE FOOD in the Global Spotlight.”

This year’s event will feature 45 leading rice food companies across 60 booths, offering a dynamic showcase of trending products such as tteokbokki (spicy rice cakes), instant rice meals, gluten-free items, and traditional rice liquors.

Korea’s processed rice products recorded an all-time high of USD 300 million in exports in 2024, underscoring their growing popularity in the global market. RICE SHOW 2025 will feature innovative, healthy, and functional rice-based foods aligned with international trends, offering business opportunities and fostering global collaboration.

Driving the Growth of K-Rice Foods

In 2024, Korea’s rice-processed food exports surged to a record USD 301 million, marking a 38.4% year-on-year increase. With ambitions to double exports by 2028, the RICE SHOW plays a critical role in promoting Korea’s rice-based foods as healthy, convenient, and globally competitive.
KRFA aims to connect Korean manufacturers with global markets and consumers through a combination of on-site showcases, interactive events, and online access. The show will also feature business matching opportunities, helping forge strategic partnerships and expanding global distribution channels.
