Following the acquisition, Marina Yacht Services will continue its operations without disruption. All existing services, management structures, and staffing will remain unchanged, ensuring seamless continuity for customers, partners, and stakeholders. This transition reflects a change in ownership under the leadership of Mr. V. Jeya, who serves as Director of both EELAT Pte Ltd and Marina Yacht Services Pte Ltd. Mr. Jeya is also actively involved in the marine industry as a member of several prestigious yacht clubs and as a committee member of the Singapore Boating Industry Association (SBIA).

Looking ahead, EELAT plans to progressively enhance MYS’s yard facilities and expand its service offerings. These developments are aimed at elevating operational efficiency, improving service quality, and delivering greater value to clients across the region.
